The Space

Ven-You is a fully customizable and versatile event space that is a lightly filled, spacious floor plan brimming with wood and wood tables, concrete floors, exposed brick, and chevron wood walls. This chic space is the perfect venue for your next event!

The Ven-You space rental includes either 8 ,12 or 14 hours of access. Additional consecutive hours, if available, may be rented for an additional fee.

The 8 hour rental is available in two blocks of time, from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm - 1:00 am. The 12 hour rental must be started between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.

The weekend 14 hour rental is from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Ven-You rental fee includes (5) rectangular seating tables (110” long x 44” wide – each table seating 10 guests), (4) bistro tables, 60 chic metal guest chairs, two folding tables, lounge area furniture (comfortable sofa, chair and ornate coffee table), cocktail station, coat rack, sound speaker, free parking, restroom supplies, and cleaning supplies.

All areas are wheelchair accessible. Your rental block of time includes set-up, take down, and clean up.
