The Space

Ven-You is a fully customizable and versatile event space that is a lightly filled, spacious floor plan brimming with wood and wood tables, concrete floors, exposed brick, and chevron wood walls. This chic space is the perfect venue for your next event!

Ven-You rental fee includes (5) rectangular seating tables (110” long x 44” wide – each table seating 10-12 guests), (4) bistro tables, 60 chic metal guest chairs, a bar top for a bartender or putting drinks on, two folding tables, lounge area furniture (comfortable sofa, chair and ornate coffee table), cocktail station, sound speaker, free parking, restroom supplies, and cleaning supplies.

All areas are wheelchair accessible. Your rental block of time includes set-up, take down, and clean up.
