How large is Ven-You?

The space is 1,100 square feet.

What is the capacity?

We have five tables that seat 12 guests each (60 table seats). We also have 4 bistro/cocktail standing tables. The space may hold up to 100 standing guests.

What is included in the rental?

Ven-You rental fee includes (5) rectangular seating tables (110” long x 44” wide – each table seating 12 guests), (4) bistro tables, 60 chic metal guest chairs, two 6 foot folding tables, lounge area furniture (comfortable sofa, chair and ornate coffee table), cocktail station, coat rack, free parking, restroom supplies, and cleaning supplies.

Are we required to use your vendors?

Not at all, however, we have a phenomenal list of vendors that we work with and know the space. Please let us know if you are interested in receiving our vendor list.

How do we reserve the space?

Head to the “Book it!” link at the top of the page. Here you will be able to see available dates and times. 50% of balance is due to reserve your date! Remaining balance is due 1 month prior to event date.

How many restrooms are there?

Ven-You is equipped with one large bathroom. All bathroom supplies are provided.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes!

Is a food truck allowed?

Absolutely!

What is parking like?

We offer a large parking lot with free parking.

Is alcohol permitted?

Alcohol is permitted. You must obtain a $15 banquet permit and submit to Ven-You via email no later than 2 days before your event.

What is the cancellation policy?

All rentals are final and payment is due in full 1 month prior to the event date. If you have an unforeseen event or circumstance, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.
